Yoga Studio Expansion

We would like to bid farewell to our beloved instructor, Lauren Monko. We wish her abundance and blessings as she returns to graduate school. While she will be greatly missed by yogis, and yoginis, it might just happen that she pops in for a workshop or two in time to come.

So many exciting changes are upon us for the summer. Our goal is to keep you updated as comprehensively as possible. In keeping with this goal, we have a hefty list of dynamic announcements! So, get ready, here it comes.

Our most imminent, exciting piece of news is the soon-to-be opening of our new studio, which will likely take place in July, as the expansion of the Fort Bragg Yoga Studio. The new space is conveniently located right next door, and will house our future office, as well as be sporting a magnificent bamboo floor just waiting to be caressed by loving feet in all movement genres! We invite you to cruise by and take a peek while it's under construction, but by the end of July, if not sooner, YOU may be christening it with your footsteps.

Crystalline Consciousness Technique ™

In the CCT ™ Intro Class (2 _ hours) you learn how (and receive an activation) to set your energy fields. It only takes about two minutes to vibrationally place your positive intentions for the day in your energy fields. Anyone who has trouble being in groups or who suffers from pain, chronic illness or environmental sensitivities especially benefits from enhanced energy fields.

In the CCT ™ Basic Class (3 days, prerequisite Intro Class) you receive three activations and learn how to give a CCT ™ table healing session; how to give yourself a session; how to work in a distant format; how to interweave CCT ™ with other modalities, and also how to work with group energy. You will deepen your understanding of intention and give and receive several healings. You receive certification as a Basic CCT ™ practitioner and your contact info is on two websites, promoting your practice.

Because of free will and choice we can only intend for ourselves. However, we can positively affect any group we are a part of, by anchoring our positive intentions into the group energy grid, using CCT ™. Imagine the best for your families, friends, communities, and planet!
