Our Mission

We, at the Fort Bragg Yoga Studio, are committed to providing the community with informative workshops and classes on a variety of subjects that address areas of interest to many different segments of our local population. We will also endeavor to bring in Certification Training Programs for health, yoga, and fitness based on people's needs. Finally, we are qualified to teach continuing education classes through the Board of Registered Nursing which benefit our local health care providers.

CharlotteSince taking over ownership and directorship when Kathleen Genereux left, I have had the pleasure of recruiting a fabulous group of instructors who work as independent contractors. We all join together to bring our students the best that we can offer in our fields of Yoga, Pilates, Chi Gung, Tai Chi, and beyond. We are committed to safe, fun and effective classes and always welcome your feedback as to how we can make our center more accommodating for your needs. Continuing Education is very important to me. Human beings need mental and spiritual grounding and growth to be really inspired. Since the early 1980’s I’ve taught anatomy, massage, and low fat cooking classes in addition to various forms of movement classes. In the 90’s I also started teaching Reiki through the Board of Registered Nursing. I have had the pleasure of attending many workshops and networking with instructors of Introduce to our community, quality weekend instruction on a large variety of topics, right here at the Yoga Studio! I am committed to providing weekend workshops year round with interesting and informative presenters who will enrich our life experience and knowledge. Please feel free to call me at (707) 367-3741 if you have any questions, suggestions or ideas that you would like to share. I look forward to meeting you at the Fort Bragg Yoga Studio.
