This Months Featured Ongoing Class
Morning Flow Yoga with
Kai Ling Josephs

Starting May 6th 7:30 - 8:30 A.M.
This early morning class is tailored to enliven the senses and freshen the mind for the new day. A combination of flow style and carefully crafted pose progressions are appropriate for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. Modified poses and use of props will make the class accessible for the more challenged yoginis. Explore the foundation poses of yoga and learn to work toward the more fun and challenging asanas in a space free of expectations or competition. Let your body grow. Come join a light hearted morning meditation bringing together breath and movement to create a more centered start to the day.
Kai's experience with east Indian philosophy and health care started early in life. Her parents are authors and educators of the ancient art of Ayurveda, the sister discipline of yoga. Seven years ago with their encouragement and her partner's support she began her practice. She has learned from many renowned teachers in New Mexico and California. Her inspiration to delve deeper into her practice and learn to teach came from studying with local yoga expert, Kathleen Flannagan.
